At Morbid Tees And More, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every product meets quality standards. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly review and process a return or refund request.
Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns for defective or damaged products.
A product qualifies as defective if it:
- Arrives damaged
- Has a manufacturing flaw
- Is significantly different from the description
We do not accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Normal wear and tear
- Buyer’s remorse
Exchanges
We do not offer returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or offense taken by the design, sorry, but we warned you.
We do accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged or defective product
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.

Return Window
You must submit your return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.

- Photos or video of the defective item

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if required).
Refunds
After your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days after approval.
Refunds may be denied if:
- The product is not defective
- Evidence does not show damage or quality issues
- The return request falls outside the return window
Return Shipping Fees
If the product is confirmed defective, return shipping is covered by us or no return is required depending on the situation.
If the product is not defective, the return will not be approved.
Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale items
